Purpose of this Grant Agreement; Funding Source. The purpose of this Grant Agreement is to enable the State to award a Grant of $1,000,000.00 (the “Grant”), representing 50% of the eligible costs of the project (the “Project”) described in Attachment A of this Grant Agreement, which is incorporated fully herein.
