Pursuant to the Community Involvement Plan and consistent with the public involvement provisions of CERCLA, the NCP, and 10 U.S.C. § 2705(d), USACE has established a Restoration Advisory Board (RAB). USACE is using EPA guidance and the DoD Restoration Advisory Board Rule, 32 CFR Part 202, as a guide for the development and functioning of the Bradford Island RAB. It will consist of co-chairs, one from USACE and the other selected by the community members. The RAB will include community members who voluntarily participate and reflect a broad cross section of interested elements of the community, including the interested Indian Tribes whose members fish in the Columbia River, and other Federal and State agencies.
