Common use of Pursuant to the Supplemental Clause in Contracts

Pursuant to the Supplemental. Agreements the Lenders agreed to release the Original Guarantor from its guarantee dated 4 April 2003 of the obligations of the Borrower under the Loan Agreements (the “Original Guarantee”) on the condition that the Guarantor enters into this Deed.
