Pursuant to VA. CODE § 2.2-4354, Design-Builder agrees to provide Department with one of the following within five (5) days of the Agreement Date: (a) their social security number if Design-Builder is doing business in his/her individual capacity; or (b) their employer identification number if Design-Builder is organized as a proprietorship, partnership, limited liability company or corporation.
