PUTS. Upon the terms and conditions set forth herein (including, without limitation, the provisions of Article VII), the Company shall have the right, but not the obligation, to direct the Investor, by its delivery to the Investor of a Put Notice from time to time, to purchase Put Shares in a minimum amount not less than $25,000.00; provided that such minimum amount of Put Shares may be decreased, maximum amount of Put Shares may be increased, and the Minimum Pricing (as defined herein) may be decreased subject to the Investor’s approval; and provided further that the amount of Put Shares shall not exceed the Beneficial Ownership Limitation set forth in Section 7.1(g).
