GSA intends to encourage the foundation of a cohesive partnership between the OASIS Contractors, GSA OASIS personnel, and Federal agency customers to identify and achieve reciprocal goals, with effective and efficient customer-focused service, in accordance with the terms of the OASIS contract. Failure to attend meetings, maintain a Contractor OASIS webpage, or otherwise not comply with this section may result in activation of Dormant Status and/or result in a Contractor being Off-Ramped (See Sections H.16. and H.17.).
H.11.1. Meetings From time to time, the Government may require Contractor attendance, including the attendance of Contractor Key Personnel, at meetings at various locations. Meetings may be via web-casting, in-person at a government facility, a commercial conference center, or a mutually agreed- upon Contractor facility on a rotational basis, as determined by the Government. The goal of the PMR meetings are to provide a platform for OASIS Contractors, OASIS staff, and other agency representatives to communicate current issues, resolve potential problems, discuss business and marketing opportunities, review future and ongoing GSA and Government-wide initiatives, and address OASIS fundamentals. Any Contractor costs associated to PMR Meetings shall be at no direct cost to the Government.

Partnering. For the benefit of all parties and as a part of Basic Services, the Project Architect and its entire consultant team shall attend two (2) full day Partnering sessions in _______________; the first at the beginning of the Schematic Design Phase, and the second at the beginning of the Construction Phase.

In signing this Agreement, the Facility Owner agrees to collaborate with the Authority, the Authority’s Contractor (if applicable), and any other affected third-party entities, including regulatory agencies, local agencies, and other facility owners, hereinafter referred to as ”Partners”, to identify collaborative methods for resolving issues that may arise as part of the Facility Work. Partners will attend an initial kick-off workshop as well as subsequent periodic meetings as scheduled throughout the duration of the HSR Project. During the initial workshop, Partners will develop procedures and agreements (including Utility Agreement(s)) as specified in Attachment 1, “PARTNERING,” incorporated herein, facilitating the collaborative relationship and aid in identifying and resolving issues as they arise. Reimbursement to the Facility Owner for the cost of participation in the initial workshop and subsequent partnering meetings shall be made by either the Authority or the Authority’s Contractor, to be determined by Authority. Subject to the requirements of the California Public Records Act and to the extent permitted by law, neither the language of this clause, including the language in Attachment 1, nor any statements made or materials prepared during or relating to partnering meetings, including any statements made or documents prepared by the facilitator, shall be admissible or discoverable in any judicial or other dispute resolution proceeding.

Partnering. In order to effectively accomplish the HSR Project, a collaborative relationship will be formed as agreed to by Parties in Section 2.3 “PARTNERING”. As part of this collaborative relationship, a cooperative management team will be developed to achieve a quality project within budget and on schedule. Collaboration is strongly encouraged in preference to formal dispute resolution and adjudication mechanisms. Collaboration in this context is intended to be mandatory, but non-binding. The identified procedures will be available for use by the Partners to resolve issues that may arise during the performance of Facility Work.
Partnering. Attend and participate in Owner’s “Partnering” program, if applicable, for all phases of the Project.
Partnering. 1. As manifested in the Mission Statement, the NMAPC Program is based on its continual commitment to improve the partnering and communication between Owners, union Contractors, and building trades Craft Workers. To further the goal of better dialogue and expedited problem solving, the NMAPC Program encourages the development of local tripartite committees for a specific project or area, that are empowered to establish lines of communication, seek solutions to unique job site needs, and suggest methods and ways to continuously improve safety, productivity, and quality.
2. The initial establishment of a local committee may be implemented through the NMAPC office. The NMAPC office will provide the framework and oversight for effective partnering to enhance safety, productivity and quality.
Partnering. 6.11.1 The A/E shall, prior to construction of the Project, participate in the creation and implementation of a partnering arrangement, and shall participate in partnering meetings with the Contracting Authority, Owner, appropriate Consultants, A/E’s field representative, Contractor, and other parties involved in the Project. Partnering meetings may be conducted during both the design and construction stages of the Project.
6.11.2 The formation of a cohesive, mutually beneficial partnering arrangement among the Contractor, the Contracting Authority, the A/E, and the Owner will accomplish the construction of the Project most effectively and efficiently. This arrangement draws on their collective strengths, skills, and knowledge to achieve a Project of the intended quality, within budget, and on schedule. To achieve that objective, participation in a partnering session is required for the following key stakeholders:
Partnering. 38.1 The Construction Contractor, prior to commencement of the Construction Phase Services, shall prepare and submit for the Owner’s approval a proposed Partnering Program for the Project. The Partnering Program shall contain, at a minimum, procedures for the enhancement of communication and cooperation between the Owner, Construction Contractor, Design Professional, separate contractors, inspectors and other consultants and subcontractors on the Project, as well as procedures for the speedy and efficient resolution of problems and disagreements during construction. Upon approval by the Owner, the Partnering Program shall be implemented and coordinated by the Construction Contractor throughout the remainder of the Project.
