Purchaser agrees to cooperate in good faith with Seller (or any partnership which Seller or its affiliates control) to allow Seller (or such controlled partnership) to utilize any available (meaning that Purchaser (or the Partnership) does not need any such unused sign panel(s) for vacant space(s) in the Property) space(s) on pylon or monument signs within the Property for use in connection with the Adjacent Tract.
