QLSP Residential. is available to CLEC for CLEC’s residential End User Customers and is the combination of an analog Line Side Port and Shared Transport provided under the Agreement with an analog - 2 wire voice grade Loop provided in accordance with CLEC’s ICAs, except as otherwise provided for in the Agreement.
