The Parties agree that the QSF is intended to be a “Qualified Settlement Fund” under Section 468B of the Code and Treasury Regulations § 1.4168B-1, 26 C.F.R. § 1.468B-1 et seq., and will be administered by the Settlement Administrator as such.
