Common use of Qualification in Other Jurisdictions Clause in Contracts

Qualification in Other Jurisdictions. The Members or the Majority Member, as applicable, shall cause the Company to be qualified or registered under applicable laws of any jurisdiction in which the Company transacts business and shall be authorized to execute, deliver and file any certificates and documents necessary to effect such qualification or registration.

Qualification in Other Jurisdictions. The Members MANAGING MEMBER or the Majority Member, as applicable, shall BOARD OF DIRECTORS may cause the Company COMPANY to be qualified or registered under applicable laws of in any jurisdiction in which the Company COMPANY transacts business and shall be authorized to execute, deliver and file any certificates and documents necessary to effect such qualification or registration.

Qualification in Other Jurisdictions. The Members or the Majority Member, as applicable, shall cause the Company to be qualified qualified, formed or registered under applicable assumed or fictitious name statutes or similar laws of in any jurisdiction in which the Company transacts business and shall be authorized to execute, deliver and file any certificates and documents necessary to effect such qualification or registrationbusiness.

Qualification in Other Jurisdictions. The Members or the Majority Member, as applicable, Member shall cause the Company to be qualified or registered under applicable laws of in any jurisdiction in which the Company transacts business and shall be authorized to execute, deliver and file any certificates and documents necessary to effect in which such qualification is required or registrationdesirable.

The Member shall be authorized to execute, deliver deliver, and file any certificates and documents (or any amendments and/or restatements thereof) necessary for the Company to effect such qualification or registrationqualify to do business in a jurisdiction in which the Company may wish to do business.

The Chairperson or Vice Chairperson of the Member Committee, as an authorized person, shall be authorized to execute, deliver and file any certificates (and documents any amendments and/or restatements thereof) necessary for the Company to effect such qualification or registrationqualify to do business in a jurisdiction in which the Company may wish to conduct business.

The Members or the Majority Member, as applicable, shall cause the Company to be qualified to do business or properly registered under applicable to do business in accordance with any statutes or similar laws of in any jurisdiction in which the Company transacts business such qualification or registration is required or desirable, and shall be authorized to execute, deliver deliver, and file any certificates (and documents any addendums, amendments, or restatements thereof) necessary to effect such qualification or registration.

The Members shall be authorized to execute, deliver and file any certificates (and documents any amendments or restatements thereof) necessary for the Company to effect such qualification or registrationdo business in a jurisdiction in which the Company may wish to conduct business.

The Member shall execute, and deliver any file certificates (and any amendments and/or restatements thereof) necessary for the Company to qualify to do business in the jurisdictions in which the Company may wish to conduct business.
