Qualification of Proposers. The Qualifications and Experience of all proposers will be evaluated as part of the bid proposal. In addition to the Bid Proposal Form (Appendix A), prospective proposers must also provide sufficient documentation and references to demonstrate experience within the industry and its qualifications and ability to perform the duties proposed for the Selected Provider (Appendix B).
