Qualification of the CONTRACTOR’s Insurers. 1. Insurers providing the insurance required by this Agreement for the CONTRACTORs must either be: (1) authorized by a subsisting certificate of authority issued by the State of Florida to transact insurance in the State of Florida, or (2) except with respect to coverage for the liability imposed by the Florida Workers’ Compensation Act, an eligible surplus lines insurer under Florida Statutes.
