Purpose of the Appendix. The purpose of this Appendix is to provide for the parties’ sharing of certain respective student data from student education records (“Student Data”), pursuant to s. 34 CFR 99.31(a)(1)(B) and s. 1002.221, Florida Statutes. In order for Contractor to successfully implement the services described above and improve student performance, it is essential that Contractor have access to the necessary data and support to properly monitor, adjust and measure the impact of the student supports provided. Each party will designate a representative responsible for the oversight and implementation of this Appendix, and each party agrees to disseminate this Agreement to appropriate personnel in each party’s agency and to provide training and technical assistance in the implementation of the Agreement.
