Qualification; Priority; Contractors’ Coverage. The insurer must be authorized to do business under the laws of the State of Washington and have an “A” or better rating in Best’s Guide. Such insurance will be primary. All contractors and all of their subcontractors who perform work on behalf of Licensee shall carry, in full force and effect, workers’ compensation and employers’ liability, comprehensive general liability and automobile liability insurance coverage of the type that Licensee is required to obtain under this Article 18 with the same limits.

Such liability insurance will be primaryprimary with respect to losses for which the insured party is responsible hereunder. All contractors and all of their subcontractors who perform work on behalf of Licensee shall carry, in full force and effect, workers’ compensation and employers’ liability, comprehensive commercial general liability and automobile liability insurance coverage coverages of the type that Licensee is required to obtain under this Article 18 with limits appropriate to the same limitsscope of such party’s work.
