Common use of Qualification; Priority; Contractors’ Coverage Clause in Contracts

Qualification; Priority; Contractors’ Coverage. The insurer must be authorized to do business under the laws of the State of Kansas and have an “A” or better rating in Best’s Guide. Such insurance will be primary. All contractors and all of their subcontractors who perform work on behalf of Licensee shall carry, in full force and effect, workers’ compensation and employers’ liability, comprehensive general liability and automobile liability insurance coverages of the type that Licensee is required to obtain under this Article 18 with the same limits.
