Qualification Tests. The Association will have the opportunity to meet and confer relative to the development of qualification tests used for promotion. Promotional tests that demonstrate a satisfactory level of knowledge and ability skills shall be valid for two (2) years. Upon request, the President or designee shall be allowed to review all results of candidates’ testing. If the President is among the candidates, the designee will review all results.

Qualification Tests. The purpose of the qualification tests is to demonstrate design adequacy and that performance and safety of the equipment meets specified levels over the expected range of operating conditions and environments, with a predetermined margin. To identify the degree to which qualification testing is required, each unit on the satellite is classified according to the following categories: CATEGORY A. All units designed, and requiring qualification, specifically for this program. In instances where equipment is subjected to qualification tests that do not jeopardize mission requirements, such equipment may be used on the protoflight or flight satellite. b. CATEGORY
Qualification Tests. Seller will perform qualification testing as required by Buyer and defined in Exhibit E.

  • Qualifications, Legal Investment All authorizations, approvals, or permits, if any, of any governmental authority or regulatory body of the United States or of any state that are required in connection with the lawful sale and issuance of the Securities and Warrant Shares shall have been duly obtained and shall be effective on and as of the Closing.   • STAFF QUALIFICATIONS CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all individuals employed, contracted, and/or otherwise hired by CONTRACTOR to provide classroom and/or individualized instruction or related services hold a license, certificate, permit, or other document equivalent to that which staff in a public school are required to hold in the service rendered consistent with Education Code section 56366.1(n)(1) and are qualified pursuant to Title 34 of the Code of Federal Regulations sections 200.56 and 200.58, and Title 5 of the California Code of Regulations sections 3001(y), 3064 and 3065. Such qualified staff may only provide related services within the scope of their professional license, certification or credential and ethical standards set by each profession, and not assume responsibility or authority for another related services provider or special education teacher’s scope of practice. CONTRACTOR shall ensure that all staff are appropriately credentialed to provide instruction and services to students with the disabling conditions placed in their program/school through documentation provided to the CDE (5 CCR 3064 (a)).

  • Listing, Qualification, Etc This option shall be subject to the requirement that if, at any time, counsel to the Company shall determine that the listing, registration or qualification of the shares subject hereto upon any securities exchange or under any state or federal law, or the consent or approval of any governmental or regulatory body, or that the disclosure of non-public information or the satisfaction of any other condition is necessary as a condition of, or in connection with, the issuance or purchase of shares hereunder, this option may not be exercised, in whole or in part, unless such listing, registration, qualification, consent or approval, disclosure or satisfaction of such other condition shall have been effected or obtained on terms acceptable to the Board of Directors.
