Hours of Work and Employment Conditions. A. Assignments - The Employer recognizes the principle of a work week of forty (40) working hours and will establish work schedules and work assignments which can reasonably be completed within the established work week. The Employer shall not require employees regularly to work in excess of such established work week, and, when temporary workloads dictate, additional help may be necessary.
