Qualifications and Certification. (a) Whenever a certificate is required by the Laws of Saskatchewan or this agreement as a condition of employment, the certificate shall be one issued or approved by the Province of Saskatchewan. Such certificates must be presented to the Human Resources Section as required.

Qualifications and Certification. Employment practices shall be governed by the relevant laws of the State of Idaho. These laws include, but are not limited to Idaho Code Sections 33-513 through 33-518, and sections 33-130, and 33-5205 (3)

Before the commencement of any such on-site audit, Customer and Qubole shall mutually agree upon the scope, timing, and duration of the audit in addition to the reimbursement rate for which Customer shall be responsible. All reimbursement rates shall be reasonable, taking into account the resources expended by Qubole. Customer shall promptly notify Qubole with information regarding any non- compliance discovered during the course of an audit.
