Common use of Qualifications and Filings Clause in Contracts

Qualifications and Filings. The General Partner shall cause to be filed such certificates or documents as are necessary or appropriate for the continuation, qualification or operation of the Partnership as a limited partnership in the State of Delaware and any other jurisdiction in which the Partnership may elect to do business. Subject to applicable law, the General Partner may omit from any and all filings in and reports to any state, and from all amendments thereto, the names and addresses of the Partners, information relating to the Partners’ Capital Contributions and shares of Profits and Losses, and information relating to compensation of the Partners, or may state such information in the aggregate rather than with respect to any individual Partner.
