Common use of Qualifications and Licenses Clause in Contracts

Qualifications and Licenses. To the extent applicable, Contractor specifically represents and warrants that it has and shall possess, and that, to the extent applicable, its employees, agents and subcontractors have and shall possess, the required education, knowledge, experience and character necessary to qualify them individually for the particular duties they perform and that Contractor has and shall have, and, to the extent applicable, its employees, agents and subcontractors have and shall have, all required authorizations, certificates, certifications, registrations, licenses, permits or other approvals required by the State, County or other authorities for the Services provided.
