QUALIFICATIONS OF BIDDERS. A. At time of bid submission, all Bidders must currently possess an “A” Contractor’s License according to the laws of the State and legal jurisdiction of the place where the Work is located, and meet the qualifications stipulated hereinafter. All Subcontractors desiring to bid on the Work must possess a Contractor’s License within their individual specialties.
