QUALIFICATIONS OF REIMBURSEMENT. In order to qualify for this educational growth payment, a teacher must teach in the Hillsboro Schools the year following completion of the work. To clarify, if a teacher completes courses during the previous school year, he/she will be paid the educational growth payment during the following school year in a single sum in a separate check issued after school has started and when the teacher provides a grade slip or certified transcript of work completed, if he/she is still teaching in the Hillsboro Schools.
