Qualifications of Staff. The Contractor shall be responsible for assuring that all persons, whether they are employees, agents, subcontractors or anyone acting for or on behalf of the Contractor, are properly licensed, certified or accredited as required under applicable state law and the Iowa Administrative Code. The Contractor shall provide standards for service providers who are not otherwise licensed, certified or accredited under state law or the Iowa Administrative Code.
