Common use of Qualifications of Successor Registrar Clause in Contracts

Qualifications of Successor Registrar. Any successor Registrar shall be either (a) the Treasurer of the County, (b) an officer or employee of the County, or (c) a bank, trust company or other financial institution duly organized under the laws of the United States or any state or territory thereof which is authorized by law and permitted under the laws of the State to perform all the duties imposed upon it as Registrar by this Agreement.

Qualifications of Successor Registrar.
