Qualified Employee Clause Samples
Qualified Employee. The applicant must be qualified for the position. Any eligible and qualified employee may apply for the position described in this Article, and all applicants will be given due consideration.
Qualified Employee. An individual who is employed by a Qualified Employer and has been offered health insurance coverage by such Qualified Employer through CCSB.
Qualified Employee. An employee shall be deemed qualified for a position if he/she meets the qualifications for the position as set forth in the position’s current job description. Time spent granted by the supervisor or contract provision participating in activities other than customary duties during normal working hours.
Qualified Employee. A qualified employee must meet the minimum qualifications as specified in the appropriate Classification Specification.
Qualified Employee. All fringe benefits described below shall be available only for full time employees, that is employees hired on a regular basis (10 or 12 month) throughout the year for more than six (6) hours a day. This shall result in no loss of fringe benefits for any employee already working in the district.
Qualified Employee. The determination of who is a “Qualified Employee” of a Participating Employer for a Plan Year shall be made as of the last day of such Plan Year and shall mean an Employee who:
Qualified Employee. It is, and remains, a management prerogative to determine who is a Qualified Employee. In making that determination, Management will review the following criteria:
1. Having the appropriate qualifications for a position as defined by the Job Description;
2. Having experience or ability to perform job duties with the Job Description;
3. Capable of meeting the position qualifications;
4. Demonstrates great work ethic and is hardworking;
5. Reliable, trustworthy and presents themselves in a professional manner;
6. Communicates effectively with residents and peers;
7. Has a positive attitude and an ability and desire to learn;
8. Energetic and has an outgoing personality;
9. Is able to make sound decisions under pressure and with short notice; and
10. Always acts in the best interests of the residents.
Qualified Employee. An individual who is employed by a qualified employer and has been offered health insurance coverage by such qualified employer through the SHOP.
Qualified Employee. Any Employee who has completed 15 or more Years of Service (as defined in Section 403(b)(4) of the Code) with the Employer.
Qualified Employee. For purposes of this paragraph (c)(3), qualified em- ployee means an employee who has completed at least 15 years of service (as defined under paragraph (e) of this section) taking into account only em- ployment with the qualified organiza- tion. Thus, an employee who has not completed at least 15 years of service (as defined under paragraph (e) of this section) taking into account only em- ployment with the qualified organiza- tion is not a qualified employee.
