A doctor or specialist who is registered or licensed to practice medicine or dentistry under the laws of the country in which they practice other than: a. an Insured Person; or b. a Partner of the Insured Person; or c. a member of the immediate family of the Policyholder or Insured Person; or d. an Employee or Director of the Policyholder.
