Qualified Person. An applicant or employee who demonstrates satisfactory competence to perform the work required and can carry out the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations. Regular Full-Time Employee: An employee who completes his/her probationary period and who is normally scheduled to work forty (40) hours per week in a position that has been designated as a regular full-time position.
