As-Built Records. The Contractor shall prepare, and keep up-to-date, a complete set of as built records of the execution of the Works, showing the exact as built locations, sizes and details on the Works as executed with cross references to all relevant specifications and data sheets. These records shall be kept on the Site and shall be used exclusively for the purpose of this Sub-Clause 10.
As-Built Records. At the end of the project, the Contractor will submit to the City a certified as built site survey showing coordinates and elevations of the completed work.
As-Built Records. Maintain/develop at the project site one set of full-size contract drawings and specifications marked to show any deviations which have been made from the Contract Task Order drawings or specifications including buried or concealed structures and utility features revealed during the course of site work. Record the horizontal and vertical location of buried utilities that differ from the contract drawings. The drawings shall be available for review by the Contracting Officer at all times. Upon completion of the work, deliver the marked set of prints to the Contracting Officer or designated representative.
As-Built Records. The Project QC Manager is required to review the as-built records to ensure that as-built records are kept current on a daily basis and marked to show deviations that have been made from the contract drawings. The Project QC Manager shall initial each deviation or revision. Upon completion of work, the Project QC Manger shall submit a certificate attesting to the accuracy of the as-build records prior to submission to the Contracting Officer or COR.
As-Built Records. The Architect shall prepare a set of reproducible record drawings showing changes in the Work made during construction of the Project. The record drawings shall be based on the Architect’s observations and records kept during the Project. In addition, the Architect shall use marked-up prints, drawings and other data furnished by the CM and its contractors to prepare the record drawings. The Owner shall require the CM to maintain a set of record drawings during the course of the Project, and deliver those record drawings to the Architect at the conclusion of the Project. Unless the Owner later agrees to some other format, the record drawings provided by the Architect shall consist of an electronic file in AutoCAD or other approved compatible software, and one full size set of reproducible three mil mylars, all fully and neatly coordinated and accurately annotated and cross-referenced to show all of the changes in the Work and to reference and reflect the marked-up drawings and records provided by the CM. The mylars shall be of such quality that clear and legible prints may be made without appreciable or objectionable loss of detail.
As-Built Records. The Contractor shall record all amendments and deviations from the drawings issued at the start of the Contract. This shall be done on a set of drawings specially issued for this purpose. These shall be handed to the Employer on completion of the Works. The Certificate of Completion will not be issued without this information having been submitted to the Employer. 2.3.2 The Contractor undertakes and is responsible for design review. This may be in the form of “as-built” drawings kept by accurately marking a designated set of the contract plans with the specified information as the Work proceeds. 1. Record location of underground services and utilities as installed. 2. Record location of existing underground utilities and services that are to remain and that are encountered during the course of the work. 3. Record changes in dimension, location, grade, or detail to that shown on the plans. 4. Record changes made by change order. 5. Record details not in the original plans. 6. Provide fully completed shop drawings reflecting all revisions.
