Common use of Qualified Personnel Clause in Contracts

Qualified Personnel. The Contractor represents and warrants to the TJPA that the Contractor is qualified to perform the services as contemplated by this Agreement. The Contractor further represents and warrants to the TJPA that it has all required licenses and approvals to perform the work contemplated by this Agreement, and that all work performed under this Agreement shall be performed only by personnel under the supervision and in the employment of the Contractor. All personnel engaged in the work shall be fully qualified and shall be authorized, licensed and certified under state and local law to perform such work if authorization, licensing or certification is required. The persons performing professional services under this Agreement on behalf of the Contractor are shown in Appendix A, and shall not be changed or substituted without the prior written consent of the TJPA. All personnel, including those assigned at the TJPA’s request, must be supervised by the Contractor. The Contractor shall commit adequate resources to complete the project within the project schedule specified in this Agreement.
