Qualifying Environmental Trust. 2.5.1 It is the express intention of the parties that the PRT settled hereby constitutes a Qualifying Environmental Trust, and this Agreement shall be read and interpreted to the greatest extent possible to comply with such definition. All parties involved, including the Company and the Trustee, shall take (or avoid taking, as the case may be) all actions as are reasonably possible and as may be required to ensure that the PRT is a Qualifying Environmental Trust.
