Common use of QUALIFYING PERSONS Clause in Contracts

QUALIFYING PERSONS. 11.1 It is the intention of the Seller that only persons 50 (fifty) years and older shall occupy the sections of the development scheme relating to the housing development scheme. If the Occupier is married or deemed to be in a permanent relationship at the date of occupation referred to in clause 7 hereof and any one of the spouses/life-partners qualifies in terms of this clause, both parties qualify.
