Scope of the Service. It is hereby understood that the Clave Debit Card service is just another way to allow Customers access to their checking or savings accounts and other services. Therefore, the use of the CLAVE Debit Card in Automated Teller Machines (ATMs) and Points of Sale, shall be limited to the account(s) that THE CUSTOMER has authorized to relate to this service, which is governed by these Conditions and Regulations, to the extent that they do not conflict with the rules contained in the checking and savings account regulations of THE BANK. The Clave Debit Card (hereinafter referred to as the Card) allows the Customer to perform the following at Automated Teller Machines: cash withdrawal, purchase of prepaid minutes, payment to loans, payment to credit cards, payment to utilities, payment to affiliated private companies, transfer between accounts, consultation of accounts and donations; Also purchases at Points of Sale of nationwide affiliated businesses. THE BANK shall debit or credit to the Related Account (s) the transaction(s) made by THE CUSTOMER by using his Card. At the time of using the Automated Teller Machine, it is the responsibility of the CUSTOMER to wait for the transaction to be completed. Transactions performed with the Card after the closing of THE BANK on business days from Monday to Friday and transactions made at any time on Saturdays, Sundays or non-working days shall be recorded on the next banking business day. To use the Automated Teller Machine and Point of Sale service, THE BANK shall provide the Customer with a Card and a secret code (hereinafter PIN). THE CUSTOMER, as soon as THE BANK delivers the Card, undertakes to keep it and not to disclose the PIN to another person(s), being therefore directly responsible to THE BANK for the improper use of said Card and for all the transactions that are performed with this Card in Automated Teller Machines and Points of Sale. All transactions carried out at Automated Teller Machines and /or Points of Sale by using the Clave Card are understood as performed or authorized by the CUSTOMER. In the event of loss or theft, the CUSTOMER is obliged to give immediate notice to the Bank and shall be responsible for the use made of the same by a third party, with or without false signature, until the written notification to the Bank, and this one has acknowledged receipt in writing of said notification, which shall be made in a form provided by THE BANK. Scope of the Service. The DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER represents that it has examined the project site, met with representatives of the TOLLWAY, and had an opportunity to ascertain the extent and the scope of services required to complete this project and is knowledgeable of the services to be performed within the time set forth in the Project Schedule indicated in Exhibit "1" hereof. The DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER further understands and agrees that all the services required to properly complete the services will be at or below the total estimated fee (Upper Limit of Compensation) established for this contract, and that only upon receipt of correspondence modifying the established scope of services for this contract from the Chief Engineering Officer, will any portion of the “Additional Services” provision of the said proposal Exhibit B be utilized. The DESIGN SECTION ENGINEER shall not be entitled to additional compensation due to errors in estimating the time, costs or expertise required to complete this design project.

d) The form and content of the REPORTS to be delivered by each TESTER.
3. The REPORTS of the TESTERS are received by the customer after completion of the TESTING.
4. After TESTING has been conducted by the TESTERS, we consolidates the REPORTS and provides the consolidated results to the customer.
Scope of the Service. 14.1 In the situation that XX.xx itself acts as the lessor of the Serviced Apartment, a (contractually binding) relationship between the Customer and XX.xx comes into being once XX.xx confirms a reservation of the Customer in respect of a Serviced Apartment.
14.2 XX.xx will send the Customer a booking reservation together with the invoice. XX.xx will plan a (personal) check-in (appointment) in consultation with the Customer. This check-in will take place at the booked Serviced Apartment or at another previously agreed location.
14.3 During the stay of the Customer or the user XX.xx will, regardless of which selected partner is being stayed at, continue to act as the contact person in the field of all reservation-related questions (such as extensions, cancellations etc.). All questions or comments can be reported to XX.xx online, in writing or by telephone. If there are any questions concerning the Serviced Apartments (for example facilities issues) these can be taken up with the relevant Partner directly.
