Quality and Description. The goods shall: • Conform in every respect with the provision of the Agreement • Be capable of all standards of performance specified in the Agreement • Be fit for any purpose made known to the Supplier expressly or by implication and in this respect the Buyer shall rely on the Supplier’s skill and judgement • Be new unless otherwise specified on the Purchase Order and be of sound materials and skilled and careful workmanship • Correspond to their description or any samples, patterns, drawings, plans and specifications referred to in this Agreement • Be of satisfactory quality • Comply with all current applicable standards, regulation and legislation
