TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. The conditions of this contract will be considered binding for the time period designated by the Texas State University semester calendar. All conditions listed under each section below are to be considered binding by all parties interested and/or involved in the Texas State Applied Sociology Internship Program, including but not limited to the Intern, the Site Supervisor, and the Internship Coordinator. The Texas State Internship Coordinator will mediate all disputes, and the internship can be terminated for cause at any time by the Texas State Internship Coordinator following an investigation and consultation with all interested parties. Breach of this contract without cause by any of the interested parties, for the time period designated, at the site location listed above, could result in an unsatisfactory grade for the Intern and/or denial of future intern placements at the site.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. The Rate contract shall be for a period of one year from the date of award of contract or as indicated in the Letter of Intent (LoI). The contract may be extendable year to year subject to satisfactory performance and willingness to continue on the same terms and conditions or as may be agreed mutually by both the parties under the prevailing circumstances.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. You should read this contract carefully as it is legally binding. This document sets out our general terms and conditions that will apply if you decide to move into the Home. This contract is governed by, and interpreted, in accordance with English Law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts. The Home is registered to provide care for those Residents whose needs are defined by the categories of registration granted to us by the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and those Residents whose care needs fall outside the categories of registration but for whom the CQC has granted a “Variation” or waiver. The terms in this contract are intended to satisfy the recommendations of the Competition and Markets Authority’s “UK care home providers for older people – advice on consumer law (CMA96)” guide. Prior to entering into this contract, the Home Manager will have assessed your care needs and confirmed that the Home has the necessary skills and resources to provide the level of care needed and that your needs fall within the CQC registration categories of the Home as referenced above. In the case of an emergency admission the assessment of a qualified healthcare professional will be accepted, but conditional upon the Home Manager’s assessment within 5 working days of admission. We undertake to provide the care services set out in your care plan in line with the Care Standards Act and Regulations (Care Plan).
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. Pursuant to the Michigan Revised School Code (“Code”), and in particular being Part 6A, Sections 380.501 through and including 380.507 of the Michigan Compiled Laws, and Act No. 416 of the Public Acts of 1994, the Saginaw Valley State University Board of Control (“University Board”) grants a contract confirming the status of a public school academy in this State to the Woodland School (the “Academy”), a Michigan public school academy. The Parties agree that the granting of this Contract is subject to the following terms and conditions, and this Contract is effective as of the 1st day of July 2016.

19.2 Should the Respondent find any conditions unacceptable, it should indicate which conditions are unacceptable and offer amendments/ alternatives by written submission on a company letterhead. Any such submission shall be subject to review by Transnet’s Legal Counsel who shall determine whether the proposed amendments /alternative(s) are acceptable or otherwise, as the case may be. Respondents will be afforded an opportunity to withdraw an unacceptable deviation, failing which the respondent will be disqualified.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT. 1.1 The term of this agreement shall be three (3) years, unless sooner terminated as provided below. This agreement shall be effective beginning January 1st, 2001 (effective date) and expires January 1st, 2004.
1.2 The price structure in Schedule [A] shall be effective on January 1st, 2001 and for a period of one (1) year thereafter, except for the changes described in section 3.4.
1.3 In the event either of the parties should become insolvent or bankrupt, the other party shall be entitled to terminate this Contract on no less than thirty (30) days' written notice to the other party or to its estate or successor.
1.4 Subject to the remainder of this agreement, upon termination, the Customer shall not be liable for any of the Printer's costs: (a) incurred or ordered after notice; (b) which can be cancelled at no loss to the Printer, or (c) in excess of the out-of-pocket loss to the Printer of any unused items sold to other customers or third parties or returned to suppliers. In any event, Printer's costs will only include normal manufacturing expenses.
