Quality Assurance File Auditor I; Quality Assurance Re-inspector I. In addition to the mandatory requirements described for Adjuster III, Quality Assurance File Auditor I and Quality Assurance Re-Inspector I must meet all of the following qualifications: 4.1.1. minimum of eight (8) years’ multi-peril property loss adjusting experience; three (3) of the eight (8) years must include field adjusting experience; 4.1.2. minimum of two (2) years’ cumulative experience in Quality Assurance audits or Onsite Audit; 4.1.3. ability to complete File Audits for compliance with Citizens’ procedures, Best Claims Practices & Estimating Guidelines and other applicable Citizens’ standards; 4.1.4. ability to schedule appointments for Onsite Audits as necessary; 4.1.5. ability to review and reconcile claim estimates; 4.1.6. ability to document trends and training issues as needed and communicate action plans for adjusters with deficiencies; 4.1.7. ability to assist in resolving customer complaints; 4.1.8. possess comprehensive knowledge of estimating programs for evaluating and determining scope and repair costs; 4.1.9. possess a wide range of experience across various classes of business and types of risk including, but not limited to, residential and non- residential condominium associations, apartments or other commercial exposures, and sinkhole claims; and, 4.1.10. ability to articulate audit findings to various audiences.
