Quality Assurance Project Plan. The Quality Assurance Project Plan (QAPP) augments the FSP and addresses sample analysis and data handling regarding the RD Work. The QAPP must include a detailed explanation of Respondents’ quality assurance, quality control, and chain of custody procedures for all investigation, treatability, design, compliance, and monitoring samples. Respondents shall develop the QAPP in accordance with EPA Requirements for Quality Assurance Project Plans, QA/R- 5, EPA/240/B-01/003 (Mar. 2001, reissued May 2006); Guidance for Quality Assurance Project Plans, QA/G-5, EPA/240/R-02/009 (Dec. 2002); and Uniform Federal Policy for Quality Assurance Project Plans, Parts 1-3, EPA/505/B- 04/900A through 900C (Mar. 2005).
