Quality Assurance Team Lead I. In addition to the mandatory requirements described for Quality Assurance File Auditor I and Quality Assurance Re-inspector I, Quality Assurance Team Lead I must meet all of the following qualifications: 4.3.1. minimum of ten (10) years’ multi-peril property loss adjusting experience; 4.3.2. minimum of five (5) of the ten (10) years’ multi-peril property loss adjusting experience must include field adjusting experience; 4.3.3. minimum of three (3) years’ Quality Assurance audit and/or Onsite Audit experience; 4.3.4. ability to supervise and manage a team of Adjusters, with a minimum ratio of one (1) Team Lead to eight (8) Adjusters; and, 4.3.5. ability to act as the team’s single point of contact for the Services.
