Quality Control Plan (QCP). Contractor shall establish and maintain a Quality Control Plan to ensure that the requirements of the Contract are met. An updated copy must be provided to the County’s Project Director on the Contract’s start date and as changes occur. The original plan and any future amendments are subject to County review and approval and shall include, but shall not be limited to: 1. A functional performance test and evaluation of the continuous electronic monitoring equipment, with documented results, each time the equipment is issued to and returned by a Participant; Contractor will provide a written plan describing how its systems will be tested and how performance standards will be met.
