Quality Control Program. The Seller/Seller and Servicer shall have an internal quality control program capable that is designed to verify, on a regular basis, the existence and accuracy of evaluating the legal documents, credit documents, property appraisals, and monitoring underwriting decisions. The program shall evaluate and monitor the overall quality of its the Seller’s loan production and the servicing activities, to ensure that activities of the Mortgage Loans are originated and serviced Servicer in accordance with industry standards.
