Quality Control Program. The Seller/Servicer shall have an internal quality control program capable of evaluating and monitoring the overall quality of its loan production and servicing activities, to ensure that the Mortgage Loans are originated and serviced in accordance with its policies and procedures.

Quality Control Program. The Seller/Seller and Servicer shall have an internal quality control program capable that is designed to verify, on a regular basis, the existence and accuracy of evaluating the legal documents, credit documents, property appraisals, and monitoring underwriting decisions. The program shall evaluate and monitor the overall quality of its the Seller’s loan production and the servicing activities, to ensure that activities of the Mortgage Loans are originated and serviced Servicer in accordance with industry standards. The Seller and Servicer, as applicable, shall make available upon request of the Purchaser information regarding its policies and proceduresquality control program.
