Quality of Healthcare Services. 22.2.1 The Concessionaire shall ensure and procure that all Patients in the Hospital receive quality care in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement and Good Industry Practices. The Concessionaire shall procure that access, assessment and continuity of care, care of Patients, management of medication, Patient rights and education, infection control and continuous quality improvement are in accordance with the applicable sections of the Accreditation Standards. 22.2.2 The Concessionaire shall abide by the provisions relating to the provision of Healthcare Services and the responsibilities of management outlined in Accreditation Standards.
