Quality of Insurance Companies. All policies of insurance provided shall be issued by insurance companies qualified to do business in the state of Utah and listed on the United States Treasury Department’s current Department of Treasury Fiscal Services List 570, or having a general policyholders rating of not less than “A-” in the most current available A.M. Best Co., Inc.’s, Best Insurance Report.
