Quality of Parts, Construction and Finish. All parts of the Work shall be of the best quality of their respective kinds and the Contractor must use all diligence to inform itself fully as to the required construction and finish. In no case shall Contractor proceed with the Work without obtaining first from the District Representative such approval as may be necessary for the proper performance of Work.
