Quality Organization. The manual shall define the organizational structure of the Supplier, with particular emphasis on the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) organization. The QA/QC responsibilities shall be defined. The manual shall include an organizational chart that identifies the QA/QC organization. This chart shall identify the reporting level to a sufficiently high level of management that quality problems can be resolved without undue influence from production or scheduling processes.
