On a quarterly basis, CMS will provide data regarding the ACO’s performance for a prior quarter of the Agreement Performance Period on quality measures described in Article IX, Appendix D, and the Reporting and Data Sharing Overview for the 12- month period that ends on the last day of the relevant quarter.
