Quarterly Billing; Minimum Quantity. The quarterly storage fee shall be billed quarterly and Customer, and pursuant to the signature on the Custody Agreement, Customer agrees to pay such amount by check or bank wire, or client may choose to pay by credit card pursuant to the credit card on file with Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx and hereby authorizes Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx to charge such credit card with a 3% additional fee without any further notice to Customer if not paid by check or bank wire. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein, the minimum quantity for storage shall be 10,000 ounces of silver.
