One-Time Set Up Fee. Customer shall pay a one-time set up fee of $99.00 to Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx, which amount shall be charged on Customer’s credit card at the time of execution of this Agreement. This includes shipping fees for the safe deposit box keys to the Customer in the U.S or Canada. For other countries please inquire on a per case basis. In Canada keys may be picked up or returned at the Brink’s location which the setup fee is also $99.00
One-Time Set Up Fee. Agent shall charge a One Time Set Up Fee of $250. for the initial single family dwelling or duplex. Set up services include set up in computer, placing sign in front yard, taking pictures of property for advertising, completing a Unit Description for phone descriptions, completing a list of suggested improvements for Owner and replacing one deadbolt lock with a Turn-Key master lock. Each additional single family dwelling or duplex; will be an additional $125. For a duplex, the cost of the second deadbolt will be additional. If the door on the premises requires any alterations, retro-fitting or additional passage knob, there are additional charges as described in Turn-Key’s Maintenance Policy. Multi-family dwellings of more than two units will be priced accordingly.

  • Monthly Fee 2.1 The monthly fee is € . The monthly fee includes value-added tax at the statutory rate, which is currently 19%. In the event of changes to the statutory value-added tax payable and/or if any additional taxes/levies have to be paid, the fee specified above may be recalculated accordingly.

  • RDDS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, host or contact, up until the servers of the RDDS services reflect the changes made.

  • Transaction Fee In connection with the creation or redemption of Creation Units, the Transfer Agent shall charge, and the Participant agrees to pay to the Transfer Agent, the Transaction Fee prescribed in the Prospectus and such additional amounts as may be prescribed pursuant to the Prospectus. Such Transaction Fee and additional amounts, if any, shall be included in the calculation of the Cash Component or Cash Redemption Amount payable or to be received, as the case may be, by the Participant in connection with the creation or redemption order.

  • DNS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, until the name servers of the parent domain name answer “DNS queries” with data consistent with the change made. This only applies for changes to DNS information.

  • Payments from the Gross Settlement Amount The Administrator will make and deduct the following payments from the Gross Settlement Amount, in the amounts specified by the Court in the Final Approval:

  • Make-up Time (a) An employee may elect, with the consent of their employer, to work "make-up time", under which the employee takes time off ordinary hours, and works those hours at a later time, during the spread of ordinary hours provided in the Agreement at the ordinary rate of pay.

  • Funding of Gross Settlement Amount Defendant shall fully fund the Gross Settlement Amount, and also fund the amounts necessary to fully pay Defendant’s share of payroll taxes by transmitting the funds to the Administrator no later than 14 days after the Effective Date.

  • Xxxxx Period After payment of the first Dues, the Subscriber is entitled to a grace period of 30 days for the pay- ment of any Dues due. During this grace period, the Agreement will remain in force. However, the Sub- xxxxxxx will be liable for payment of Dues accruing during the period the Agreement continues in force.

  • Gross Settlement Amount Except as otherwise provided by Paragraph 8 below, Defendant promises to pay $290,000.00 and no more as the Gross Settlement Amount and to separately pay any and all employer payroll taxes owed on the Wage Portions of the Individual Class Payments. Defendant has no obligation to pay the Gross Settlement Amount (or any payroll taxes) prior to the deadline stated in Paragraph 4.3 of this Agreement. The Administrator will disburse the entire Gross Settlement Amount without asking or requiring Participating Class Members or Aggrieved Employees to submit any claim as a condition of payment. None of the Gross Settlement Amount will revert to Defendant.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.
