Quarterly Board Meetings. The Board shall meet quarterly, unless otherwise determined by the Board. The Board may hold meetings within or outside the State of Delaware. The Chair or the Chair’s designee shall give at least thirty (30) days’ notice to each Board Member of quarterly Board meetings.
