Quarterly Reporting. If reporting is due on a quarterly basis, the AGENCY shall submit to the COUNTY a complete and accurate Quarterly Report in a format provided by the COUNTY, with supporting documentation, on or before the due date outlined below that is based on the Contract start date: Contract Term Start Date Quarterly Report 1 Quarterly Report 2 Quarterly Report 3 Quarterly Report 4 January Due April 10th to include Jan., Feb., Mar.
