Questionnaire Builder. As a big part of the advisor is to gather information by means of questionnaires, which were already integrated in the V1 of the web application and as it is clear that the amount of available questionnaires will grow, it has been decided to add a feature letting advisors to create a questionnaire from scratch or starting from an existing one. Thus, a simple interface has been design with: • A tree on the left allowing to follow the list of elements in the questionnaire, • Some questionnaire item fields on the right used to design the current item, • A small preview of the full current questionnaire at the bottom, used to see what has been built so far.

  • Familiarity with Project Contractor represents that it has: (a) visited and examined the Site(s), (b) taken into account local conditions and observed conditions that affect the Project, the Work, or the cost thereof, (c) investigated the labor situation related to the Project, (d) examined the superintendence of the Project, the Work, the time of completion, and other relevant matters, and (e) has taken these into consideration in submitting his bid.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

H-GAC officers include its Board of Directors and Executive Director, who are listed on this website. Respondent must complete and file a CIQ with the Texas Ethics Commission if an employment or business relationship with H-GAC office or an officer’s close family member as defined in the law exists.

  • Ownership of Drawings and Specifications All Drawings, Specifications and copies thereof furnished by the A/E are to remain A/E’s property.
