Common use of Questions for Vendors Clause in Contracts

Questions for Vendors. contains a list of questions to which all Respondents must provide a response as part of the Vendor‘s proposal. Respondents must address all sections of the questionnaire. Failure to provide a complete reply may result in rejection of the response. Responses will be evaluated to determine the Vendor‘s ability to meet the overall needs of the state. Directions for providing a response are identified in Section 3.10 and are noted throughout the questionnaire.
